Opening events of the academic year

The academic year of 2019/2020 begins at the University of Tartu on Monday, 2 September. The schedule of opening events at the Skytte Institute is the following:

26 August

First meeting and info session for CEERES MA programme (for 1st year students) at 10:00-13:00, location: Lossi 36, room 306.

2 September

At 16:00 the official opening ceremony of the academic year of the University of Tartu at Kassitoome Hill.

For BA students: Info session (in Estonian) at 11:00-12:00, Lossi 36, room 214.

For MA students: Opening ceremony at 10:00 – 11:00, Lossi 36, room 215.

Info sessions for each MA programme (for 1st year students) at 11:00 - 12:00:

International Relations and Regional studies, Lossi 36, room 306
EU-Russia Studies, Lossi 36, room 307

6 September

Johan Skytte Institute welcome party for staff, PhD students and students from all curricula at 19:00 (details will be sent via e-mail).

15 September

First meeting and info session (in Estonian) for European Studies MA programme (for 1st year students) at 14:30-18:00, Lossi 36, room 307.
