The webinar series GoGREEN Tuesdays: Ideas in Action continues, this time focusing on renewable energy production. The webinar will explore the most effective ways for municipalities to produce their own renewable energy while also promoting energy independence and climate neutrality.

The webinar is free and aimed at anyone involved in or interested in local energy and climate policy — including municipalities, energy specialists, planners, policymakers, and community leaders.

Speakers:

  • Stefan H. Spitzer sen. (Germany) – Head of the Research Department at the European Institute for Innovation and Technology (EIfI-TECH). Stefan is an expert in renewable energy and industrial metrology and has extensive experience with EU-funded innovation projects.
  • Cveta Dimitrova (Bulgaria) – CEO of ABERON Ltd. and Chair of Institute for Entrepreneurship, Sustainable Development and Innovation (IESDI). Cveta has led international projects for over 20 years in sectors like community development, water, and biodiversity.
