The GoGREEN Tuesdays: Ideas in Action webinar series is back after the summer break – this time focusing on energy efficiency of buildings. The webinar will explore how municipalities and professionals can make buildings more energy-efficient, reduce energy use, and promote climate neutrality.

The webinar is free and aimed at anyone involved in or interested in local energy and climate policy – including municipalities, energy specialists, planners, policymakers, and community leaders.

Speakers:

  • Marko Čavar (Croatia) – Head of the Energy Department at the North West Croatia Regional Energy and Climate Agency (REGEA). Marko specializes in implementing EU projects and supporting public and private sectors in building energy efficiency and decarbonization initiatives.
  • Dr. Luigi Santopietro (Italy) – PhD, Researcher at the Institute of Methodologies for Environmental Analysis (IMAA), National Research Council (CNR). Luigi’s research focuses on strategies and planning tools for clean energy transition and climate change mitigation and adaptation.
